M/s. Rich Source International is a proprietorship company in Chennai, India, established by Mrs. Irene Manohar. She is a post graduate woman entrepreneur, having vast experience in exports & imports for the past 20 years.
The Company is a member of various forums like AEPC, FIEO, FSSAI and her company is registered with DGFT for IEC, with a valid registration in GST, SSI, Central Excise and Pollution Control Board.
Being a woman entrepreneur, she started her career as program officer in Russian consulate attached to Soviet Cultural Centre, Chennai.
She has travelled to so many countries like UK, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Jordan, Israel, Palestine, South Korea, Thailand, Myanmar, China etc and enjoys wide range of business contacts. She believes in fostering a trusted, satisfied and long-lasting business relationship with her clients globally. Her company operates on the sole Motto of authenticated business relationships with timely deliverance & mutual benefit.
On scrutiny, she found some shortcomings in the Textiles Policy under Chapter 4 of FTP. On her representation, to The Ministry of Commerce, Government of India had brought the necessary changes in the FTP and implemented the same in 2004-2005 Policy, benefitting huge number of Exporters in India which is a testimony for her Caliber and knowledge. She has vast experience in manufacturing in Textiles, Garments in Woven & Knitted and Home Furnishings etc.,
During Covid her textile business was slow so she opted to do the trading of pulses like Dhal, procuring on whole sale and supply.
